1. Service Overview

The SierraLeoneAwards project provides an audit and recognition program for best practices in natural resource management and sustainable investments in the industrial mining sector. Services include financial responsibility assessment consultancy and compliance courses for major investors.

2. Rights and Obligations

Provider's Obligations (SierraLeoneAwards): The Provider is obliged to deliver the audit, consultancy, and course services as presented, with professionalism and in accordance with industry standards.

Client/User Obligations: The Client is obliged to provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information necessary for the provision of services. The use of any service materials or results for illegal or deceptive purposes is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

SierraLeoneAwards assumes liability only for services directly provided and within the limits of the contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of services or decisions made based on them. Our recommendations are based on information provided by the client and current industry practices.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

All service fees will be communicated in advance and invoiced according to the agreement. Any refund request is analyzed individually, depending on the stage of service delivery. Refunds are not guaranteed for services already started or completed.

Transparency: There are no hidden costs. All financial terms will be detailed in the contractual documentation.

5. Termination of Use

You may cease using the consultancy services at any time by notifying us. SierraLeoneAwards reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these terms, without mandatory prior notice, while the obligation to pay for services already rendered remains.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services or regulations. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of services after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of them.
